New California Water Law Restricts How Much Water People Can Use

Right now we're using about twice as much water per day as the new limits. That's gives us just two years to get out of California because I don't see any way that we'll be able to comply and the fines are steep. $1000! Of course, the same government that came up with this plan has refused to build new reservoirs or expand existing one to take advantage of record snow pack accumulations. They can't afford any such project because they have to provide health, welfare, and education benefits to illegal aliens that they are protecting from federal immigration laws. Any suggestions where we should move to?

Nice here in TN, we pay for what we use and have no income tax. Come on CPT Jack, go for it!

I was under contract to Nissan when they moved to TN and invited me to join them. It seemed odd that they wanted to hire me inasmuch as I was nearing retirement age and I declined. Just another stupid decision on my part (but not nearly as bad as my first wife)
