The $1,000,000.00 question remains: "What will AG Loretta Lynch do or not do when she receives the results of the FBI Investigation into Hillary's email server?".....You also have to believe the AG will also receive her marching orders from the Obama Administration.

Then consider the two possibilities (1) Hillary Rodham Clinton is fully exonerated or (2) Hillary Rodham Clinton is indicted for mishandling classified information.

I'm sure no matter what she will never make it to the top seat. No matter what Obama will clear her of anything she did just to save his legacy. bottom line is she have proved time again just like her husband can not be trusted at all. This country will fall if she gets in.

"OK all you lawyers and experts. Isnt this against the law and didn't HRC direct someone to break the law by telling them to do this? "
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HRC has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in this matter. She recently denied she has been contacted by the FBI to be interviewed and calls the FBI Investigation a "Security Review"...

Her campaign spokespersons; Karen Finney and John Podesta both have said there is nothing to this and HRC will be exonerated.

So about all we can do is to watch and wait for FBI Director Comey to complete his investigation and present the facts of this case to the AG Loretta Lynch. You have to assume AG Lynch and Obama will confer and decide on a final determination of this case.

I am not a lawyer and far from an expert but I think HRC & her legal team will work out some agreement with the Justice Dept which might include finding that HRC used bad judgement but didn't not violate any Security Laws by using a private server. But if this happens anyone can guess how the country will react?? Most will be glad to see this story go away but many will once again think HRC was protected by Obama..

Sgt Tom Cunnally When she directed a person to remove the security markings and then send in an un-secured email I just cant see how she cant face charges for that. I know it will get spun by both sides but that was an exact quote from her in an email. That to me shows she had intent to break the law because she told them to remove any security markings.

PO2 Mark Saffell - I'm sure there are instances in the FBI investigation that HRC could have violated the National Security Rules but the question remains will she be indicted, exonerated, or given just a slap on the wrist???

If you want my opinion which is worth about a cup of Starbucks coffee, I think she will be exonerated with just a mild reprimand from the Attorney General for using bad judgement in this matter and the left wing media will come to her defense. But I haven't a clue how the country will react to her being exonerated. Plus you also have the Clinton Foundation that is being reviewed for wrongdoing as well to consider.

There's both security laws and federal records management laws as well. It's already been established that she willfully destroyed official records when she had her server wiped. 18 U.S. Code § 2071:

"Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

At a minimum she should be fined or imprisoned, AND be disqualified from ever hold a government office again.

Maj Kevin "Mac" McLaughlin And there is zero question she did this because they have emails from that Sidney guy that are work related that she deleted from her serve so there is proof right there she violated this law.
