Sounds like a sudsy anti all improvement. Now if they. Oils just get the NCOER to use complete senses like I learned how to write my whole life it might more clearly identify to best one for the next consideration!

That's true and why is there one form that is only used for SGT's and it has little ability to show one soldier is better then the next.
