Makes sense to me. Ought to be a well-defined, practical process available for getting compensation in the event that a drone was shot down in a false alarm, but I don't think you want to be doing much debating when facing a potential threat, and the act of destroying the drone is not likely to threaten a human life. So, shoot it.
