New SECNAV speaks about a 355-ship Navy and transgender service

While I can see barring openly transgender self-identify people since it is viewed as a disability the same is not true when you close the transgender umbrella and look at people who meet the 1992 legal definitions of being a transsexual or a trsnsvestite.
One cannot meet the definition of the words transsexual or trsnsvestite if one openly self- identifies as a questionable ethical or legal umbrella term.
The point I am getting at is I believe now is a great time for people who meet the definition of being transsexual or transvestite to go after the courts, the LGBT orgs, the former adminstration from Bush Senior through President Trump, and secretaries of defense for sex discriminatory and unconstitutional conduct. You can throw on top of that heap every professional organization that adopted lgbt labels and especially the transgender umbrella and the joke of a media.
A very big stink needs to made about rights that have been systematically denied since the ADA declared people defined as transsexual or transvestite not disabled.
Lgbt groups aided in systematically creating a system of oppression and illegal human experimentation to deliberately deny people in those two groups their individual rights and rights as patients.
