I believe that the truth to all stories lies somewhere in the middle. In this case there seems to be the improper conduct from both sides being exploited to try to further an agenda.
As I am not a POC I have my own inherent biases that I bring to this argument, but I will continue to fall back on what I was taught by my parents. Do the right thing, do what you are told, don't act like a punk, help others in need, don't lie.
I believe that both Michael Bennett and the Police did not do the right thing, I believe that Bennett did not do what he was told when he was told to do it, and I believe that both parties lied by omitting some of the story when they shared it with the public. We should be better than this, we should not take the first report as the only report and therefore the gospel.
If we want a better society then it is up to us to make it a better society. Try the other shoe on and see where the other person is coming from.

Understanding your view point, I have to keep questioning the contradicting timelines by Bennett and LVPD from the perspective of shots fired, people running in response, police arriving on the scene giving orders and the chase. Once we get clarity on the sequence of events, then the truth will come out.

I respect your thoughts and opinion but I will have to disagree. Looking at the video I see why a Cop would single him out, but with the many people running from the area he was the only one on the ground gun to his head. This is not a black or white issue in my opinion, it is the issue with law enforcement. Latest video of a nurse doing her job gets arrested

You can find countless videos of Police Officers doing unjustifiable acts. I don't want to hear about because of their line of work they are on edge. Now it's getting to a point its a joke to some.

I agree with you that the cops were wrong, I said that from the outset. They have been wrong on too many occasions as of late, all I was trying to say is that Bennett's statement was wrong because he lied by omission.
