No Health Survey Conducted Before Pentagon Built Gitmo's Camp Justice

People may not realize it, but this is another aspect of Preventive Medicine. We are supposed to be involved with the planning and decision making process of where camps go. We are supposed to (if we are allowed to be involved) go in and do all kinds of environmental checks to see if there are any concerns present that would/could cause health issues down the road.
