Chip I heard North Korea has a very handle on at least part of the training routine. I hear there is zero extra fat on any of their possible olympians. I hear it is a great training environment, minus rocket man I hear the entire country, including non olympians has only a 3% body fat index. It could have something to do with the fact that many of them are starving to death.
