North Korean media publishes letter from Kim Jong Un to South Africa's President dated April 27

So who else is skeptical? If Chairman Kim is indeed alive he is enjoying the hell out of all this media attention and speculation. His government shared a letter, not a video of proof a life, but a letter that can't be easily verified. Hahaha! I'm now more convinced he's incapacitated and that his sister is running things with the full support of the generals.
