Norwegian frigate sinks after collision with Maltese oil tanker

I, for one, hope the fault lies with the tanker, for many reasons. No matter fault, the captain of the vessel might just lose his ticket. On the other hand, both commanders will undoubtedly suffer negative career consequences. There was no mention of injury or death. Going overboard in that water is a sure death sentence without a rescue in under 4 minutes.
