PO1 Chip M,
I have lived in East Liverpool, since the seventies and the one thing residence know and that is there is no chance for ELO, to pull themselves out of the biggest slump in Ohio history! They fight business from coming into the city. Most move their business to StClair Twp, ELO's next door neighbor. The politicians are historically people with financial issues, can't hold jobs for very long, they have no knowledge of trying to fix their problems. There are too many to count. When city employees were allowed to move out of the city many did so as fast as they could.
