SFC Sczymanski James L. Executing dealers, who are the middle of the supply chain, is a waste of resources. Especially since the opiods people are concerned about are legally prescribed. It's not working in any other country unless you count the ones ruled by authoritarians. Harsher punishment doesn't deter crime anyway. Reduce poverty, reduce crime, but people would rather have their taxes go to trials rather than welfare. It's counterproductive.
