I don't care if NPR is Left- or Right-leaning. It's publicly funded and should not engage in campaining. Polls serve no useful purpose as public information. The only "poll" We the People need to worry about are election results. Campaigns may use polls to test their efficiency and help them better manage their propaganda, but when polls are disseminated publicly they serve just one purpose, to influence voters. They are nothing more than Bandwagons coaxing voters to climb aboard and vote for the candidate who they say is ahead. Everybody likes a winner, right? Well, our poll says Hillary is a winner so vote for her...

I "tend" to disagree with you here. Polls are news and NPR is a news organization.

In order for third parties to have a real voice in the next election, they need to get 5% in the polls during this election. It's good to hear that you are supporting a third party and hopefully increasing the number of options available to the Americans people.

Trump misspoke when talking about McCain but really what is he famous for? He's famous for being shot down and serving seven years in a POW camp. To me he's a hero because his father was an admiral and they tried to release him several times but he refused...most people don't know that and if don't know that then I can see why someone would say he's not a hero for being captured. At face value solely being a POW doesn't make a person a hero.
