Honestly, any of these products should be scrutinized. They are expensive, do not do what they claim to do, and have more potential for harm. All of these companies prey on the fact that we as a people are extremely vain, and have established an unreasonable body image. If someone is truly trying to lose weight, the best and healthiest way is to do so by increasing daily activity, including 30-60 minutes of exercise in your day, and being smart about what you eat. Not cutting all but 500 calories, not excluding entire food groups, and definitely not taking over the counter chemicals that have more potential to do harm.
