I like the fact that he said "no" to this, but the NYPD does have a rather interesting history of doing the exact opposite. "Stop and Frisk" was one policy that was openly regulated to the "less desirable" sections of the city, and also done to those of a darker or "latinoesque" look. So is this where they say one thing yet do another? Also do you think Ted will walk this back or is this his "true colors"?

Cruz better be careful for what he asks for. Trumps already talking about getting rid of mexicans and there is some dispute on wether hes legal or not

Master Chief that is illegal as all hell. Profiling has been illegal for decades, but slips in under the guise of code words that are easily seen through once taken to court. That's why I used "Stop and Frisk". On the surface it looks as a means to check folks for weapons or other contraband, but it was only done in minority areas, on minorities thus a violation of many procedural and civil rights laws.

SSG Warren Swan - Are you telling me that it is illegal for the NYPD to patrol Muslim communities as they do the rest of New York? That hardly constitutes profiling. I live in the sticks and LEOs patrol here with regularity.
