Opinio juris sive necessitatis - The trade craft of the CIA is not well received by many as it often involves dealing with some rather iniquitous individuals. Not really surprised that the former Secretary of State Clinton was the puppet master in this mess.
According to memos recovered from the burned-out compound in Benghazi.Hillary Rodham Clinton’s State Department initially approved a weapons shipment to jihadists seeking to oust Moammar Gadhafi back in 2011, even though a United Nations arms ban was in place. Once those jihadists began killing Americans, Hillary and Obama gave a stand down order and began to construct the big lie to cover up the shit show.
The Dolarian Capital papers included an end-user certificate that outlined a long list of heavy former Eastern-bloc weaponry and artillery to be shipped from the California-based arms dealer, Dolarian Capital. The arms would ship first to Kuwait, and then to Libya. Dolarian Capital is oddly enough listed as the supplier that Marc Turi used. It seems that a number of individuals were made aware that the backdoor was being left open by the State Department and thus applying for several State Department licenses to ship weapons that were destined to end up in Libya. However due to the arms bans these arms shipments were sent to Kuwait and Qatar and others and thus smuggled into Libya. This whole regime changed was initiated to redirected the Libyan Russian supplied weapons cache to another arms running operation into Syria during all the chaos. I would find it hard to believe that POTUS and SoS weren't aware of these efforts. As well I wouldn't be surprised if Ambassador Stevens was considered a loose end in all this state craft blowback - being made dead makes any Senate hearing testimony a little less likely.
However, while I find the policy behind all this troubling I do not like it when our assets or methods are exposed and I have a feeling if this were to go to court this would be the case. Nailing Clinton is not worth the risk of offering up more sacrificial lambs.

Another deal made to cover HRC's shady actions. We as a country are going to vote in a felon (untried and unconvicted but felon nonetheless) and then when she completely tears down the Bill of Rights people will wonder why. Time to wake up people!
