Jeez! After a delay of almost a year of letting a million $ of oil trucks run uninterrupted. James Clapper Pressuring the J-2, BG Graves to have military Intel analysts CHANGE the FACTS to delude Senate Armed Services and House ASC that the 'JV' was being defeated. How many rapes, beheadings and people being set on fire did it take to blow OBOZO's claims up? Do Oppresso Liber! Free the Oppressed! Christian refugees first, Please-they are NOT Jihadists.

You need to add congress refusal to authorize war against ISIS, so as long as congress and the president do not fully address ISIL, ISIL wins. The reality it falls on all of Americans that do not say ENOUGH.

SFC James Sczymanski - Seems to me that we had the same issue in Latin America back in the 1980's. So congress can play the game of not authorizing war against ISIS or they can; this way we do not repeat 1980's POTUS decisions.

I don't buy it. So far, he hasn't shown much interest in actually committing the resources to win the war with ISIL. I don't see him reversing course now.

Capt Walter Miller - Many forget that congress refuses to authorize war against ISIS, so unless we go back to the 1980's methodology when we were in Latin America with out congress approval.

Thor, President Obama is limited as long as congress refuses to authorize war against ISIS, the best that Obama can do is use the SF/Spec Ops forces along with lots of bombings and drones. The fault is US that do not tell congress enough.

CPT Pedro Meza - I am not implying that we need thousands of ground troops and I understand the budget limitations the President has without congressional approval. But even the bombings we are doing now are pretty limited in the scale of things. I wish for a little honesty here (I know, hard to find coming from Washington). What we are doing now is fairly limited in my opinion and to act like its not is a lie, regardless of who is to blame for our limited involvement.

SMSgt Thor Merich - You said it " bombings", requires buying more bombs therefore making more bombs and planes, therefore money is being made; congress is supporting their power base. Thor, Follow the money.

Chip, without congress authorizing war against ISIS, President Obama will end up repeating President Reagan tactics in Latin America 1980's style; SF and Spec Ops was busy. And of course we where not there. Nixon did the same during Vietnam.
