That was from three years ago, both attorneys were charged, tried, and acquitted. Both attorneys sued. In February of this year, a federal judge dismissed several counts, but also kept several counts and denied the deputies request for qualified immunity. The case is still pending.

PS, I didn't watch this version of the video, because the commentator often gets the law wrong.

IMO arrest, search, and seizure is the most complex part of the 4A....but the cops had really no excuse..Counsel was adamant on the interpretation of defending his clients rights....and very respectful I might add..
