A new report shows that over the past 15 months, ISIS has lost more than a fifth of the territory it controlled in Iraq and Syria. They're now cutting salaries for their fighters by half, raising money by manipulating the exchange rate in controlled territories, selling products for dollars and paying in dinars. "When they store money, in Mosul for example, we find out where that is and we target those sites."

the A-10s, the F-16,F-18s, the Mirages, the B-52s and other planes not mentioned from the Arab and Non-arab coalition of the willing is making a difference. Canada pulled out its six F-18s planes but they Quadrupled their SF/ODA to 300 from 70 but I think ISIL will think that is a victory. After having a WikiLeaks type of leak of all their applicants will help get them when they come back home ha, ha!
