Where is the emergency funding? We need everyone here to take the incident Command System from FEMA. I have. ICS 100, 200 and I think 700 and 800 as well. I took these in civil affairs but they are able to be Ipermed to your ORB/ARB.

If you are interested, here is the link for ICS 100. You can register and I believe even if you are from a foreign government or military you can as well.

LTC (Join to see) - Great Courses Major. I've taken a great deal of these On-Line courses. All the Nuclear Response ones at one time.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - When I am bored, after my current studies, I will knock them nuclear Fema courses out too and get the points for my retirement!

LTC (Join to see) - The first one I tired to do was the Nuclear Response for City Managers. Talk about diving off in the Deep End. I had to work myself up to that one.

There is Fed Gov funded training from the NDPC to help prepare SLTT first responders for CBRNE events. https://www.ndpc.us/ This is for state, local, territorial, and tribal responders. National Guard in title 32 status can receive it as well. A variety of courses by resident instructor led training, web based training, and mobile training teams are available. Training is free for those that qualify.

I'm just now gettin back into the CNRNE community and was surprised how well we are training. I cannot speak to the level of capability of individual states but the USAR has a solid program for what I'm seeing. Standards and funding are both strong.
