Sgt Wayne Wood I'm sure if the pipeline company had offered a big enough fee for the use of the land, the ancestral issues would have cleared up very quickly. After all, the plethora of casinos on ancestral land seem to do no harm to the great spirits...

If that pipeline is to cross Native American controlled land, America needs to find a way around it. Just saying.

This is a throwback to the days of Democrat control, when it didn't matter how many hoops a business jumped through for a construction project, liberals would feel justified to put up more obstacles, to sue, and if that failed, to protest and riot. Let us not forget that this pipeline project had already successfully navigated the entire gamut of processes and regulations before the protests and riots.
