I live in Oklahoma. I had friends come from New Hampshire to visit with me right before Christmas. They were shocked and afraid when my neighbor from across the street came over to say hi to me with a 45 strapped to his belt. I had a good laugh at their reactions but it got me to thinking. You see the laws changed and most of them just plain went away here about 2 years ago. Where I live 2 years ago I could not leave anything out in site or it would walk away. Crime was so bad my hometown here in Oklahoma was the state "Murder" capital That was 2 years ago. Now I have left things sitting outside in my back yard now for over a year. They are still there. 2 years ago, drive by shootings were common. I know I have not heard a gun shot here in over a year. Guns kill people. No. People kill people. They just decide to use guns to kill. My home town of Ardmore Oklahoma now uses the TOOL of guns for self protection. It works.
