Apparently the new one had highway gears......That was embarrassing for the new one. My buddy in HS had A T/A challenger

SGT John " Mac " McConnell - You have to figure just by the pickup the old one was running 4:11's and the new one at best 3:23's huge difference......There was an old saying when I was racing...."It's all Gears" Just a BTW those T/A challengers were 14:10's all day long in the quarters. So that one had some work done to get it in the 12's

That answers the other question of whom was driving the new car Alan K. I am sure a bet was made... Big mistake.... LOL!
