It's winter, it's Korea in the winter, what did they expect warm tropical breezes.

Korea, winter, wind...who knew. Can't wait to see how FIFA spins it's 2022 FIFA World Cup pending disaster in Qatar. Wind will be the least of their worries.

Coldest winters I ever experienced were in Korea, and the wind was always blowing. Tough going for the athletes but weather is always a factor in outdoor sports.
