20yrs ago I was in this AO. After redeploying in Feb 2004, I could see things were really 11 up, 3 down, but didn't really understand why. I felt I knew some of it, but it wasn't until I stumbled across this and did a LOT of reading, I do now understand much more clear why things were so F¤cked up. Take the time to read, then you will understand much more clear why things were so screwed up

Should be an interesting read. I read a fellow’s submission on Lessons Learned and inter service operability a long time ago and it appeared that there were plenty of times communications and logistics did not meet the need.
