Lima Company is where you go if you're injured, waiting to pick up in SOI, or drop out of recon and awaiting mos reassignment. It's not a good time. Praying for the marines involved.

Drop out of recon? When i was in and in sure it still this way you didnt get a shot at recon till you been in your unit, not at soi

RIP, sounds like they took hand to hand combat training too seriously.
Condolences and prayers to the family. Loosing a Troop, Family member or friend is hard but can't imagine loosing one to fratricide in a training environment, in a non-training event on home soil.
