I never heard of ISIS being in the Golan Heights. Perhaps PFLP or remnants of Black September. Always amazes me how they are radical communists one day and religious fanatics the next

So, with all of those top commanders dead, this whole ISIS thing should be over pretty quick, right?
Or not, because ISIS isn't led that way. Killing "top commanders" in ISIS doesn't amount to much. Their groups are very independent with just a general set of long-range goals to guide them.

The sleeper cells are decentralized, most likely; but, the operations units in north Africa, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan are most likely well controlled with redundant chains of command.
