He should have just said "I think he may have a bias in this case and should recuse himself" put it on the record and move on...

Perhaps he should not have spoken... but he only spoke the truth. The judge is of Mexican background, his parents came from Mexico during a worker program that was stopped due to fraud and corruption (many workers came on false documents). The Judge is a liberal democrat. The case he is on, they are donating money to Hillary. It is unheard of for a judge to release sealed documents prior to the trial.

PO2 (Join to see) - Surprisingly, most judges are not unbiased and are very biased. I had to evict a tenant for nonpayment of rent. The judge held up the action for 4 months to make sure the tenant had all his rights. So I lost 4 months rent. This judge is know for doing this to other landlords.
Whenever someone goes before a judge as their own attorney, the judge bends over backward to ensure their rights are maintained. Whereas if you hire a lawyer, you pay out the nose for every court date and continuance. Maybe everyone should act as their own lawyer and tie up the legal system!!
I believe and have seen how biased some judges are.... Whether it is strict or lenient. I believe it is hard not to let your annoyances, peeves, likes and dislikes color the gray area of the law.
