I'm surprised I haven't seen more about this before today. I live in Harris County.
At least they're trying to fix it, I guess. I wonder what made those people plead guilty to a crime they didn't commit? I mean, they had to know they didn't have any drugs on their person. Coercion maybe?

SP5 Christine Conley - What legal expenses are you referring to? I thought court appointed attorneys were "free." (as in, the accused doesn't foot the bill)
