Seems to Me if You filed a false complaint then that would be an issue but otherwise how can You make a blanket law that doesn't allow any complaints ? Most the time what the Police do is proper but even as a retired Police Officer I've seen a few improper things and they only get worse if there in no remedy. Like any other complaint though You better make sure its valid.

The list of incidents is just unbelievable. Still can't get over how GOP legislatures voted to financially punish the city of Memphis for allowing a non-profit organization buying the rights to relocate two Confederate statues to burial grounds. Just crazy.
