Libertyinfo is either ignorant or intentionally misreading the law. SB 719 outlines for what offenses a COURT determines a firearms can be confiscated such as domestic violence, which most states do already. The bill also outlines what the notice reads. Libertyinfo is incorrectly saying confiscation can be performed without notice and without due process, both of which are incorrect.
