LTC Eric Udouj Absolutely! This is a beautiful article. I hope that our leadership goes in this direction as it appears to be trying to pull into a centralized - thus we are seeing the toxic/abusive leadership issues.
Allow the leaders in the field to do their thing & then they can report to DoD. This map would create an impressive & damn near unstoppable force. It is the strategy that Napoleon liked - give your leaders the leeway to get the job done & they can report back to you what is needed.
