Otis Redding - (Sittin' On) The Dock Of The Bay (Official Video)

I always thought it was poignant that “Sitting on the Dock of The Bay” was one of his last hits.

In 1968 I was in Viet Nam but I do remember this great song quite well.

Senior in college when this came out. Otis was a regular concert performer at our school, so anything he did was an instant hit on campus. Friends dedicated this song to me because of the line 'can't do what them people tell me to do so guess I'll remain the same'. Admit I was a bit of a rebel back then.
