How many times did his response change through out the week. At one point, he said the city never even asked for his center to be used. So I have a low opinion on his credibility.

Thanks for sharing Capt Dwayne Conyers. I have been a "fan; of Joel Osteen or his dad. However if he sincerely desires to helps those displaced by Hurricane Harvey that is a good thing IMHO.
