Public opinion will crucify this soldier. Depending on the factual, provable details on what happens to him. It is one thing to kill a terrorists in self defense and to preserve national security but to pursue a terrorist and overkill - if that is what happened goes beyond the mission of national defense. Why would he share anything of the incident after not being charged the first time. Sounds like ego got in the way.
