Panel weighs closing all VA health care — vets' groups raise conflict of interest

There are so many issues with this concept. There are many physicians who don't accept VA payments, that it would cause hardship on the veteran to try and find one in their area that they could transition to. There would be a significant lack of physicians compared to the number of vets that need service, and knowing the VA, it would take months for new physicians to be in network. Rather than disbanding the VA Healthcare System, just fix it. Get it right. Visit world class facilities and find out what they are doing that works and emulate it.
