SGT (Join to see) While that is a good chip, I worry about the chipset and further upgrade. The Intel 1364 chipset is 2 generations behind the current chipset, and who knows how long it will be supported. I would try to stay with the 1151 chipset. This is their latest one, and should be supported for the next three or four years. Here is a comparable CPU using the modern chipset. I would suggest going with it big brother, the i7-6700K is you can afford it.

Your recommended chip didn't even show. I asked ThinkPenguin for their help. I'll keep you in the loop with their comments.

SGT (Join to see) I think it is because I was looking at the desktop side. I did not realize until I read one of your other posts that you were looking for a new laptop. I would be interested in what you find out. Thanks!
