While I agree that drug trafficking is a major problem and should be dealt with accordingly....not sure I agree with the lopping of the heads.

This is taking it a little to far. You have people in prison that have killed people but yet they don't have a death penalty.

I think he has it backwards. The traffickers only have jobs due to demand for product. If you eliminate the demand (junkies), then the traffickers will be back looking for new jobs. What would be interesting is if we used his theory on the drug users, how many affluent folks would loose their heads vs. the man or woman of the "lower" classes?
