Discretionary knee jerk reaction from the university administration that allowed a fraternity hazing on-campus death to occur. Hiking is out, but rugby is still okay?! Help me understand this, CPT Jack Durish!

LTC Stephen C.
Forgot to mention the university administration’s culpability in the football sex abuse scandal that PO3 Steven Sherrill appropriately mentions. As far as I’m concerned CPT Jack Durish, Penn State is scared of its own shadow and may well have lost its way for now and the foreseeable future. Academic reputation aside, PSU is upside down, and until the ship is righted, that institution certainly wouldn’t be a recommendation of mine.

CPT Jack Durish Satire. Please tell me this is satire. Where was that "risk assessment" when they had coaches touching little boys? If the outdoors is too risky, then you need to be outdoors more not less. The only way to mitigate risk is to gain experience. This is asinine.
