Is this an insult against the Chicago Police? There is a shooting in Chicago every other hour and I don't think it's being caused by the Chicago Police.
Drugs, druggies and fetal alcohol syndrome kids joining gangs because of messed up homes. I am not pointing the finger to one ethnic group but I'm saying that the Chicago police should not be used as the butt of this joke on duffel blog.

Not so fast ... I saw on The Onion that DELTA is challenging the contract award because it wasn't competitively bid. They claim it doesn't meet the criteria for a sole source contract.
