Iran has been at war with us for over 39yrs. We have lost hundrends of Americans due to them and they have no problem fighting in a tribal manner (murdering women and children if they are not Shia).
What do you think we should do? I do not want war with Iran. But as I stated, they are at war with us. If we take out their so called religious leaders, the Qud Force is more extreme. So, that is not good. Yet, we can not just sit by while they attack our Embassy.
I do not see any good options here, except we win while we have the muscle. IMO, they were never going to live up to the nuke agreement. They have no problem lying.

Let the Sunni and Shi'a have their war. Get the hell out of the area. We have no business picking sides considering both sides have killed Americans for that "over 39 years" you mentioned.

Cpl Mark A. Morris - Yes but lets remember the 1979 revolution was to overthrow a government that and it's Shah that was put in power by the US after the CIA facilitated the 1953 coup of the democratically elected Iranian Prime Minister. So we can go back and forth as to "who cast the first stone" all day. We, the US, just need to get out of the business of Regime Change and just focus on actual national security and domestic issues.
