SFC Shirley Whitfield - Bengazi level is recognizable by the repetitive loud babbling, which has no connection to reality.

Bengazi was an ambassador and members of his staff being killed by terrorists after repeated requests for additional security. This recent event in Niger was military members. Big difference.
