Pentagon issues warning for non-deployable personnel: 'Deploy or be removed'

This seems like a no-brainer to me. Part of the job of everybody in the military is "deploy" in same fashion. If you can't do that, then time to get out. Of course there are exceptions such as those injured in the line of duty.

Having been in the Navy, I think every sailor should have to spend time at sea. It is amazing to me that people can join the Navy and never set foot on a sea going vessel. Slap in the face to us who had 5-2 rotation (5 years sea duty - 2 years shore duty). And those never going to sea seem to have more ribbons and medals than sea going sailors.
