Yes if you carefully select your sample population that you know will give you the outcome you want, then your study makes you look like you did something you did not to defeat this problem. An independent study published in May 2015 that retaliation rates are at about 62%. Now the DOD does one and the result suddenly change to 38% due to the Target not understanding the person or people that failed to treat them with dignity and respect were ACTUALLY trying to help them. My intuition and personal experience says something is awry. What I am hopeful about is since this is in the forefront even with a pre-determined study, that the results are still unacceptable for any organization. Solutions must be found, and RallyPoint is a perfect place to ask for ideas. We do not always need to pay thousand of dollars for experts to figure it out. With 900K+ members that is a lot of brain power for people to find solutions for just adding Value to the lives of others.

Figures don't lie, but liars figure. This would seem to be attempting to put lipstick on a pig and calling it a beauty queen. Why would this come out all of a sudden, given the elections coming up, and all that have been saying the assaults are rampant. Cover your number, we used to call it.
