Hopefully someone in the Government, non-military will look into this pronto. Especially those who signed the contracts to order these large amounts of food for the respected military branches. See if there were any kick backs. Then go from there. Investigate and prosecute if need be.

I think it’s doubtful that any meaningful changes will occur within the Pentagon or with Congressional oversight. The mere fact that the Pentagon miserably failed their first audit was a clear sign no one was going to stop the cash cow. The fleecing of the taxpayer will only stop once the taxpayers revolt over the current system.
