Good call, as I thought this was the most unintelligent, not to mention disrespectful action against a servicemember or veteran. Asking someone to serve, promising a bonus, then to revoke that bonus, whatever the reason beyond a 'bad paper' discharge, is incorrigible. I never received an enlistment bonus, however we weren't at war when I enlisted neither. Stephanie Jones

Good to see they are paying these folks back. Hopefully none of them lost their mortgages or became homeless because of this

Little too late, some service members already lost everything because of the illegal move California did. Many are bankrupt and suffering from this abuse.
