To be honest I lean towards Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte in this issue because the Philippines have been dealing with domestic and international terrorism since the Moro uprising in the early 20th century SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL
It would be disingenuous for Obama to question Obama about the Philippines' "extrajudicial killings in a war on drugs. More than 2,000 suspected drug users and dealers have died since Duterte took office two months ago. "
We have had our own war on drugs and been responsible for may extrajudicial killings south of the border over the decades in central and south America. Not to mention our own agents who have been killed south of the border using weapons supplied by the USA.

Did anyone watch that movie Sicario? Im sure stuff like that happens. Du30, was voted in to clean it up, in a landslide, i may add, And that is what he is doing. You guys know he was a government prosecuter for 30 years until he went into politics.? And his approval ratings are higher now then when he was first elected, what does that tell you? The only politician that are vocal against him are the blantantly corrupt ones. I have no problem with what he is doing, i have issues with the way he is doing it,
