Planes, tanks, ships: Russian military gets massive upgrade

How did the Washington Naval Treaty work out for us during WWII, were we prepared for the Korean "conflict", how about Vietnam, Iraq? Afganistan? How has those turned out due to our unpreparedness?

Also, our strategy is quality and lethality, not numbers, Mattis will fix this given the funding by the Congress. Hopefully, before we have another major conflict.

SSgt (Join to see), I guess the prior administration thought that all the countries of the world would shrink wrap their military just like the U.S. did. Everyone knew better than that.
