I'd bust the window. I nearly did just that last year, but the cops finally showed after I called.

Wonder if the zero tolerance is still in place with all the rain we've been getting recently. Still, not a fan of people leaving their animals in a hot car. Even with the window cracked, those things are death traps.

Would you leave your child in a hot car??? If not, then don't leave your pet dammit!! If you don't want all of the responsibilities of being a pet owner, then don't own a pet! It's not just when it's convenient, it's 24-7.
(This subject really irks me, I never understood how anyone can leave a defenseless animal trapped in a hot car)
BTW I would bust the window, then I would "break" the owner. JS
