It should be a criminal offense to play a bagpipe.......anywhere other than during a funeral procession. It sounds like someone is torturing a goose when they play those things.

PO2 Peter Klein - Sorrowful is a good way to describe it.......seems appropriate in a funeral setting........just can't imagine sitting around and listening to it for entertainment or relaxation. But I'll admit......I've never tried it.
